■ Chelsea's Teigu is called Gaea Foundation. It takes the form of that cosmetics box she always carries around and allows her to change her appearance into essentially anything.
■ Teigus have an affinity restriction. Only one person can wield a Teigu at a time and affinity itself is a rare thing to have.
■ A Teigu will either not react at all or violently lash out when attempted to be used by someone without an affinity. Gaea Foundation simply goes inert.
■ Prior to regaining this skill, anyone could use Gaea Foundation if they had it. Now it's locked to Chelsea, or to whoever has this shard in their mirror.....unless another person naturally has an affinity for Gaea Foundation, which would be extremely rare but not impossible.
