Teigu are rare, extremely powerful relics that exist in the world of AKAME GA KILL! Some have the appearance of weapons or equipment, while others resemble living creatures. Many of the former example are forged from either a rare metal called Orihalcon, or the remains of mighty creatures known as Danger Beasts. A teigu will only work for a single person at a time, and only if that person has an affinity for that particular teigu. Otherwise, the teigu will reject (often fatally) the person attempting to wield it.

Chelsea's teigu, Gaea Foundation, allows her to transform into anything she wants. (■ | ■) She can copy someone's appearance even if all she has to go on is a verbal or written description, and her excellent memory means that she can accurately replicate mannerisms, verbal tics & other quirks of individuality. However, Gaea Foundation is not a battle-type teigu, and the limitations it has reflects this.
