By itself, this skill will allow Gaea Foundation to be recognized as a Teigu by those who can pick up on that sort of thing, but not much else.

■ Chelsea can change her form into any animal of her choosing. Her base stats (strength, stamina) largely stay unchanged, although she does gain any mundane abilities inherent to the form chosen. For example, she can fly if she turns into a bird! However, the tradeoff is that her stamina is drained faster due to being in constant motion, as opposed to if she transformed into a cat.

■ Chelsea can change her form into any person of her choosing. If she knows what they sound like, she can perfectly mimic their voice as well. She must be aware of a detail about the other person's body in order to replicate it when she transforms. Her base stats remain unchanged and she cannot copy her target's abilities or powers.
